Unique Cocoon is run by an expatriate.

Since her arrival in Switzerland, Chantal Dumont-Salmon took care of expatriates while working in a lawyer office. Expatriation has no anymore secret for her.

Real estate is always her passion. She acquired, transformed and sold several properties personally. She was trained in Switzerland on the specificities of  Swiss real estate market and more particularly the field of brokerage

.Accounting and tax system are things which she has studied and practiced. Today, she is studying to continue to be" state of the art" on these subjects.
